Our mission

To give people working in hotels, restaurants, resorts and clubs practical, measurable training they can reach from anywhere. Short courses are self-paced; Professional Diplomas are assessed by tutors.

How courses are written and reviewed

• Every course follows one structure drawn from industry practice: introduction, learning modules, a real scenario, an exercise and an AI roleplay.
• Drafts are checked for consistency and accuracy with AI-assisted tools, then reviewed by our team.
• Exam questions are based only on the lesson text of that course.
• Content is updated regularly, and we welcome reports of errors.
