Accessibility Statement

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across hospitalityacademy.online. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit; this statement is based on our own testing.

What we have done

A skip to content link, visible keyboard focus, labelled form fields, text alternatives for images, colour contrast checked against AA, and the page language set to English or Turkish to match your choice. The exam, AI Trainer, diploma and admin screens can be used with the keyboard. Learners can ask for 25% or 50% extra time on timed exams.

Known limitations

The AI oral exam room uses camera, microphone and speech features that may not work with every assistive technology; written answers are always available. Some downloadable PDFs and spreadsheets for diplomas are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. The revenue simulator is a complex interactive tool and may be hard to use with a screen reader. AI generated answers in the AI Trainer may not always be in plain language.
