How our AI teaches
Hospitality Academy is an AI-native learning institution. AI writes and teaches our courses; it is not a human faculty. Human accountability remains with the academy.
Structured course content
Course content is generated by AI from a structured curriculum and learning outcomes in English and Turkish, after an analysis of hospitality training published around the world. Before a course is published, the curriculum is reviewed by hand, line by line, by people with 30 years in the industry. Automated checks are also used to identify accuracy problems, inconsistencies and banned or unsupported claims. These checks can miss errors: they are not independent expert approval or a guarantee of accuracy.
AI Trainer and roleplay
You interact with AI, not a human tutor. The trainer explains ideas and offers practice questions. In roleplay, AI acts as a guest while you practise a response. AI scorecards give practice feedback, not a final academic decision. Answers may be incomplete or wrong; check important guidance against workplace procedures and qualified advice.
Assessment and monitoring
Multiple-choice final exams and diploma unit quizzes are marked automatically against stored answer keys. Lesson quizzes and roleplay are practice. Diploma assignments and entered examination marks use human marking and review; a diploma result needs human approval before it is final. Exam item analysis monitors question difficulty and discrimination once enough graded responses exist. Flags support review rather than proving a question is correct.
Human accountability
Murat Bilican, Founder, is the accountable person for academic decisions. A human must review every appeal, malpractice case, certificate revocation and diploma result before it is final. Automatic exam and quiz scores can be challenged: request a free human review through Contact, topic Assessment appeal, within 20 working days of the result.
