Your 14-day cancellation right

Under UK consumer rules for digital content, you can normally cancel a purchase within 14 days for a full refund.

When the right ends

At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose the cancellation right once you start. The right therefore ends when you open the paid content of the course. The free first lesson does not count as starting.

Faulty content

If content is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix it, or give a refund where the law requires.

Corporate packages

Corporate packages are covered by their own written agreement.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@hospitalityacademy.online with your account email and course name. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
