Who we are
These terms apply between you and BIL Enterprises UK Ltd (Company No. 16856290, England and Wales), which operates Hospitality Academy at hospitalityacademy.online.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password private and use your account only for yourself. One account per person. Certificates show the name on your account, so keep it correct.
Licence to use course content
When you buy a course we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, share logins or publish the content, questions or materials.
Payments
Prices are shown in GBP before payment. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe.
Certificates
Certificates are professional training certificates issued by Hospitality Academy, not regulated qualifications. They remain valid unless revoked. We may revoke a certificate for cheating, impersonation, submitting work that is not your own or other misconduct.
Acceptable use of the AI Trainer
The AI Trainer is a learning aid. Do not use it for unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or to produce graded work. AI answers can be wrong; check important information with your workplace procedures.
Limitation of liability
Courses are general training and do not replace workplace instructions, legal advice or food safety obligations. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes and termination
We may update course content and these terms. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
