Professional diploma courses of 150 learning hours each, with full course texts, unit quizzes, tutor-marked assignments against published rubrics, case data sets and a revenue simulator. Together they build towards the Hospitality Academy Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management. These are professional training awards, not regulated qualifications.
